What makes Lucky Club socks different?
They’re premium quality, 90% combed cotton, ultra-comfortable everyday socks designed to be your “visual reminder” to show up as your best self - stylish, elevated, and intentionally made. 

What material are they made from?
A soft, breathable combed cotton blend designed for comfort, durability, and all-day wear. With 90% cotton, 7% Polyamides, 3% Elastane 

Are these limited edition?
We do have limited inventory for each drop, some socks will be reserved for our subscribers and we will continue to re-stock for individual purchase as soon as we can. 

SIZING

How do I choose my size?
Our socks come in two flexible sizes:

  S/M (Women’s 4–9/ Men’s 4–8)
  
• 
  L/XL (Women’s 9–13 / Men’s 8–12)
  

Are they unisex?
Yes - choose based on shoe size and colour preference, not gender.

CARE

How do I wash them?

Wash socks inside out at a temperature not exceeding 40º C.

Do not machine dry, dry clean or iron. Air dry to maintain sock quality. 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We ship to most U.S. states.

Will I have to pay duties?
International shipping locations will have a duty charge upon checkout so there are no surprises upon arrival. 

How long does shipping take?
Canada: 4–8 business days
USA: 5–10 business days

ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I return or exchange?
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our socks. 

What if I received the wrong size or item?
Email us and we’ll make it right.

BUNDLES

Can I buy a 2-pack or 4-pack?
Yes - bundle options are available and offer better value.

Can I mix colours or sizes in a bundle?
Bundles are colour-specific.
To purchase both colours, simply add the additional pair or bundle to your cart.
