Refund policy

Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders where duties and import taxes were collected at checkout:

  • Duties and import taxes are generally non-refundable, even if the product is returned
  • Product refunds will be processed for the merchandise cost only
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If you have questions about duty charges on your order, please contact us before initiating a return

 

Product Returns 

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns. Exception to this policy is any damaged goods from shipping. 

If you ordered the wrong size or colour, email us and we will figure something out together.Â
